Don’t get me wrong, I adore the changing seasons [and I actually do get excited for Winter after a long Summer and Fall], but I neeeeeed some sunshine and warmer weather already!
As Spring starts to show up slowly but surely, I can’t help but think about all the great things that Spring has to offer — a sense of change, newness and growth. And with that often comes a sense of greater motivation to focus on your health and wellness, and that’s where I come in.
