Banana Nut Smoothie [dairy free]

Ingredients
  • 1 small banana [or ½ large banana], frozen
  • ¼ cup raw almonds or raw walnuts [I prefer a mixture of both!]
  • 1 scoop Vega® protein and greens, vanilla flavor
  • about 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • handful fresh spinach, optional
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  2. time-saving suggestion: you can make the night before and store in the fridge until the next morning to drink for breakfast or bring to work.
