Turmeric Latte

- 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger [or freshly grated ginger]
- splash vanilla
- pinch sea salt
- pinch fresh ground black pepper [this increases the absorption of turmeric]
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 scoop collagen peptides [optional]
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
- Whisk until mixture reaches a simmer.
- Remove from heat and add to your favorite mug.
- Enjoy!
