Turmeric Latte

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger [or freshly grated ginger]
  • splash vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch fresh ground black pepper [this increases the absorption of turmeric]
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides [optional]
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
  2. Whisk until mixture reaches a simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and add to your favorite mug.
  4. Enjoy!
