Homemade Hummus

Serves: about 3 cups
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Water to thin
- Add all to ingredients to a food processor and process.
- Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed and continue processing.
- Add water as needed to reach the consistency you like.
