Yep, it’s getting to be that time again. Fall. I love when the seasons change and one of my favorites is Summer changing to Fall. After a long, hot summer it feels so good to feel the cooler weather and to bring back the sweaters, scarves and warming foods. I love cozying up on the couch in sweats with a warm blanket. I love sipping on hot drinks. I love it all.
And what’s Fall without some delicious, hearty, heart-warming foods.
Here is a list of my favorite, family-approved Fall-inspired meals.

A twist on the classic chicken noodle soup which is a crowd-pleaser! Loaded with veggies, healthy protein and whole grains. I love this soup because it’s incredibly simple to make and leaves you with lots of leftovers.

Roasted veggies are a Fall staple in my house. And so are soups! This hearty, healthy and satisfying soup is just what your body needs this Fall.
Turmeric lattes are great for any season, but when the colder weather creeps up, this warming and super anti-inflammatory drink is just what you’ll crave. If you haven’t tried a turmeric latte before, I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it.

Who doesn’t love a good, clustery granola? And gingerbread? You can’t get much more festive than that. I love making a batch of this granola to have for the entire week. I generously sprinkle it on top of whole, plain yogurt for a perfect breakfast, snack or even dessert.

Pasta may be one of the ultimate comfort foods, but it doesn’t have to be so unhealthy. Try my lightened up [but full of flavor] version of carbonara. It may not be the original, but it’s a family-favortie in my house.
One-pan, no mess, super healthy and satisfying. It doesn’t get much better than that. This sheet pan dinner is very versatile, too. You can change up the veggies and pick anything you like, and you can add chicken or another protein instead of chickpeas.
You must try this recipe. It’s so flavorful and delicious that you don’t even miss the pasta noodles. Butternut squash noodles are a wonderful, nutrient-packed alternative to pasta — and add bacon and cheese and this dish is over the tip delicious!

Spaghetti squash is one of my favorites. It’s easy to make and can be accompanied with anything you want. The combo of chicken, broccoli and cheese though — it’s downright delish. You must give it a try!

Full of anti-inflammatory benefits, heathy whole grains and veggies, these brown rice bowls are a crowd pleaser. They’re easy to make too, which is always a benefit in my opinion.

You can’t shift from summer to fall without at least thinking about pumpkin, am I right? I love making these little pumpkin bites for a sweet, post-dinner treat. Or just because, because there’s really no wrong time to eat a little pumpkin.

An oldie but a goodie. These cookies are just the right amount of pumpkin spice and everything nice. They’re chewy, sweet and delicious. A must-make fall recipe for sure.

Just-picked orchard apples are a game-changer. I love them. And I also love crumble. So what better way to highlight a wonderful fall crop than to make them into an Apple Ginger Crumble. The answer is, there’s no better way.
I can’t wait to start making more of these Fall-inspired meals. So long summer. It was a good one but I’m ready for a little change.
Let me know if you get a chance to try one of these recipes!
